Price vs Value

So you want your new house to be absolutely gorgeous?  Everyone wants to buy an absolutely gorgeous home.  Remember that your wallet controls price and value.  But...how do you know which house is right for you?  Is the neighborhood important?  Is the distance to work important?  Is the style of the house important?  Are the schools important?  Are the house amenities important... chic decor, extra bathrooms, etc.? When choosing a home, never make price most important.  A good Realtor, like me, will sit down with you, listen for your needs and wants, and then help you find value for your money.  If you think buying a home is expensive; how expensive do you think it will be if you buy a home that you quickly dislike and have to move again?
