Pennsylvania Association of Realtor’s Welcome Home Survey revealed a change in today’s homebuyers. Over the last months, inventory has been shrinking and the demand for housing has stayed strong, leaving buyers frustrated when competing against other buyers with stronger cash resources. Nearly 30 percent of those surveyed said selling their previous homes and paperwork requirements were the most stressful part of the homebuying experience, an increase of 300 percent in just one year.
