Florence’s Wake: Housing Starts Underwhelm

The extent of Hurricane Florence’s impact is widening, with construction falling 13.7 percent month-over-month in the South.

At a 5.3 percent decline from the last month, September starts underwhelmed, according to the Commerce Department. Combined, housing starts totaled 1.2 million, with 324,000 multifamily (five units or more) starts and 871,000 single-family starts.

On an annual basis, ground-breaking increased 3.7 percent.

Her busy personal life revolves around her Family, her Church and Community volunteer work.  She's a member of the Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, the Fort Washington Business Alliance, the Montgomery County Network Connections, and the Dickens Auxiliary and MLK Community Health and Benefit Committees of the Abington Jefferson Hospital.  Her greatest joy is to connect with her clients one to one.  She listens to understand and clarify her clients expectations.  She is a calm, reassuring professional who finds solutions to problems and gets things done.
